Our office is located in downtown San Francisco, California. We are a short distance from Union Square and easily accessible by car, BART, or MUNI. We are open Monday through Friday by appointment only from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In limited circumstances, we can extend our office hours.

Currently, initial consultations are available over the phone and, in limited circumstances, in-person in the office. You can schedule a consultation by calling one of the numbers below.

We charge $100 for an initial consultation for up to half an hour and $200 for up to one hour by phone or in the office. Our office does not provide legal advice or immigration consultations via E-mail.

During your consultation, the attorney will:

– Review the details of your immigration situation in detail

– Explain all immigration benefits for which you qualify

– Answer any questions you have about your immigration case

– Provide you with a fee quote and plan

If you become a client, you will receive a homework package and informational material about your case.

How much will your immigration case cost?

A short answer is, it depends. Immigration lawyer fees are based on the complexity of your case and the legal expertise required, which is assessed during the initial consultation.  Our office uses a flat fee, so you will know exactly how much to pay.  In most cases, we are able to offer you a payment plan, so you get to choose how and when your fee is paid.
